We offer a few different types of Blue Iris Support at different pricing plans with a complete satisfaction guarantee or you don't pay anything.
Option 1: Complete Setup*
Installed Blue Iris for the first time and needs someone to do everything from start to finish? During this support we will:
A. Optimize each of your camera's to the best frame rate, bit rate ect. and configure the cameras with a static IP address on your network
B. Setup your camera's within Blue Iris and configure them for the best performance.
C. Setup remote access for your cameras to be viewable from the Blue Iris smartphone app. (Using Port Forwarding)
1-4 cameras: $100
5-8 cameras: $125
9-16 cameras: $150
16+ cameras: call for pricing
*This service is for basic setup of cameras only. Personalization of options such as: Schedules, profiles, zones and motion detection ect. is billed at an hourly rate of $60/hour.
Option 2: Remote Access Setup
Just need help accessing your connected cameras when your not at home? We can help! We can either do a standard port forwarding or setup a VPN to access your cameras. Either of these options will allow you to access your cameras anywhere in the world from your Blue Iris App or Web Browser
